CHAMBERSBURG 13 NORTHERN YORK 6

Chambersburg moves to 4-6 after defeating Northern York on the road Wednesday night. Northern York had some momentum coming into this game coming off a 9-8 win over West York. The Polar Bears took the earl 2-0 lead in the first quarter but would find things knotted up at 5-5 by the half. The Trojans then pulled away in the third quarter going a 6-1 run making the score 11-6 and put the game away in the final frame with solid defense. Jake Pierson had 5 goals on the night while Grant Swisher had 2 goals and 7 assists for Chambersburg, a new school record.  It was also a nice evening in the net for Nate Brashaw with 14 saves.
