TRINITY 14 STATE COLLEGE 11

The Little Lions would take the early lead 3-2 at the end of the first and extend that to 7-5 by the half. Then things turned the Shamrocks way as they went on a 6-0 3rd quarter run for the 11-7 advantage. The final frame would be close allowing Trinity to get to the 14-11 win and move to 10-3 on  the season. Monster night for Junior Jesse Altmeyer who had 8 assists.

NORTHERN YORK 8 BISHOP MCDEVITT 6

Northern got the early jump on the Crusaders going up 3-0 at the end of the first. McDevitt showed good resolve on their Senior night bringing the halftime score to 4-2 and then knotting things up at 4 by the half. The Polar Bears would go on a 3 goal run extending their lead to 7-4 at the end of the quarter. The Crusaders were able to answer and bring the score to 7-6 with about 5 minutes remaining. Northern exercised great ball control down the stretch and was able to find the back of the net during their 2 minute drill for the 8-6 win.

Trojans fall on the road in a game that saw them missing several key defensive players. Jake Pierson had a great game for Chambersburg with 6 goals. Grant Swisher had 1 goal and 4 assists.
