MID-PENN REPORT 4/30


A number of last nights game were postponed due to weather.

CHAMBERSBURG 10 MECHANICSBURG 6
Great game between the Trojans and Wildcats in Chambersburg last evening. Knotted atr 2 at the end of the first quarter Mechanicsburg took a 4-3 halftime lead. Chambersburg would make their run in the 3rd quarter out scoring the Wildcats 6-1 and playing solid defense the entire second half for the win. Collin Bricker, Chris Knode, Jake Pierson, and Matthew Snidey all had 2 goals a piece for the Trojans who move to 5-9. Alec Martin led the Wildcats with 3 goals.

CUMBERLAND VALLEY 14 CD EAST 0
The Eagles got out 5-0 in the first quarter and than would score 3 goals in each of the remaining frames. A lot of CV players saw time as 14 different players had either a goal or an assist in this one. 

STATE COLLEGE 14 BISHOP MCDEVITT 0
Excellent game on Senior night for the Little Lions. Scoring 5 in the first quarter and then another 5 in the second quarter they had a commanding 10-0 lead the half. A great defensive effort allowed very few opportunities for the Crusaders. Dan McOsker had some excellent saves when shots were presented. Seniors Brady Franks (3 goals) and PJ Bachman (3 goals, 2 assists) continue to play extremely good lacrosse.
