MID-PENN PREVIEW 4/2

NORTHERN YORK (1-2) AT CUMBERLAND VALLEY (4-0)
The Polar Bears have had a week off and get a CV team coming off an emotional victory last night against Carlisle. Northern should try to strike quickly and grab some momentum early on the road. Andrew Sade, Derek Myers, and Josh Petery will need to continue to deliver in the state column. For the Eagles the offensive pace was slowed down a bit by the Herd but they still have a multitude of weapons all across the offense side of the field. Stevie Peters led the way last night with 4 goals but John Miller, Jeff Hamlin, Rod Jamieson, and CJ Sherlock are all capable scorers.

CARLISLE (2-1) AT MECHANCISBURG (1-1)
Fresh off their come from behind victory of McDevitt the Wildcats have a home match-up with Carlilse where anything is possible. The Herd will need to bounce back quickly from last nights difficult loss to CV. Look for the Wildcats to utilize Grayson Hilsinger, Jaryn Ruth, and Sam Shipman on offense. The Herd will need Drew Amsley and George Faller to continue to step up and lead the way.

STATE COLLEGE (2-2) AT PALMYRA (0-3)
State College is coming an impressive 8-7 victory over Lower Dauphin. Brady Franks continues to lead their offense with 10 goals and 5 assists on the season. The Cougars join the ranks of the many teams with multiple one goal losses having fallen one score short in their last two games. Offensively they'll need to continue to develop scorers as they have 10 different players who have found the back of the net for their 17 goals on the season.

CD EAST (0-3) AT CHAMBERBSURG (1-2)
The Trojans will have an easier match-up at home with CD East then their last game against Hershey. Look for Swisher and Pierson to get things humming offensively. For East development will be key in this difficult road game.
